There is another way to root samsung galaxy fame, which is using CWM (ClockWorkMod) recovery, in this article i will show you how to root galaxy fame using CWM.
To do this you are going to need two things :
- galaxy fame with CWM
- the super user file UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.93.zip
Okay, once you have all that we can start to root the phone, FYI i already tested this rooting method on my samsung galaxy fame and it works well.
Step by step how to root samsung galaxy fame using CWM :
- copy the UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.93.zip file to the external sdcard (do not unzip, just leave it like that)
- turn off your phone and then go to CWM recovery mode
- select advaced > reboot recovery > yes - root device
- select install zip > choose zip from /external_sd > UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.93.zip > yes
- select reboot system now
NOTE
tested on my samsung galaxy fame GT-S6810 running AMJ1 firmware (stock jelly bean 4.1.2)
~ have a nice day ~

DeleteI tried all the options but doesn't work on my

that's strange, flashing firmware using odin should makes everything new again...fresh install like re-installing windows on pc, maybe you can try different firmware
DeleteYeah of course it makes everything new but mobile status still show CUSTOM I don't know why?
